FEA Support
We understand how our experimental data is used in fitting material
models, and how it feeds into finite element (FE) material cards,
therefore we offer services on different levels.

Level-1: Experiments (Dedicated Testing Packages in Support of FEA):
Experimental packages optimized specifically to provide the
customers the high quality data they need for their internal FE
Material Card calibration and development. (Hardening/Plasticity,
Fracture/Stress-triaxiality, Rate Sensitivity, Kinematic Hardening).

Level-2: Data Analysis (Calibration & Development of FE Material
Cards): Providing the customers with ready-to-use FE Material Cards
for commercial solvers (Forming, GISSMO Fracture including Rate
Effects in Crash Events, Springback, etc).

Level-3: Support of Finite Element Simulations & Validation (FEA and
Experimental Validation on a Component Level)
